Rule 96
DISCUSSION AND DECISION ON MOTION TO REJECT ORDINANCE
(1) According to this paragraph, other members who submit a proposal regarding the rejection of the ordinance may also participate in the discussion.
(2) At the end of the discussion according to sub-rule (1), the concerned minister shall answer the questions raised while proposing that the ordinance be rejected.
(3) After the minister has replied in accordance with sub-rule (2), the speaker shall present the motion to reject the ordinance for the decision of the meeting.
